At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for Bank Debit Card for incidentals. Must be 21 years or older to rent a room
Full Cancellation Policy:
Our Cancellation policy is one of the most lenient in the industry. All we ask is that you contact us 48 hours prior to the date of arrival or 72 hours on holidays. For instance, if your reservation has you arriving on a Monday, you must contact us no later than the Friday before, or Thursday on Holiday bookings.
Additional cost for rollaway beds or cribs if applicable: N/A
Pet Policy: If you are bringing a PET you must contact the front desk to inform them and make arrangements, as we only have a few pet friendly rooms. We charge a one-time fee of $30 per pet for your entire stay.

Any additional pet policies (ie – Pets must be declared when making reservation. Leash requirements.) Again, if you arrive with a pet and are not in a pet friendly room we will have to move you into one, IF AVAILABLE, and it is not guaranteed to be the room type you booked. Our property is 24/7/365 monitored by security cameras and on-site staff, so if you try to sneak a pet in, especially into a non-pet friendly room, you will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee.

We offer complimentary Coffee until 11am during peak season w/vending machines that have both snacks and sodas available 24/7. We DO NOT offer breakfast as there are breakfast establishments within a short walk of the Inn and would love our guests to experience all that Manistee has to offer them.
